Run as a workers co-operative for over 20 years, Riverside has established itself as the city garden centre. With our wide array of high quality plants, tools, equipment and horticultural sundries, there is something to suit all gardeners requirements. Our vegetarian cafe offers a range of delicious meals to tantalise the tastebuds.
The Al-Farsi Kite team, headed up by Kuwait businessman Abdulrahaman Al Farsi, have a passion for flying spectacular kites. They are regular contributors to festivals and events around the world, flying their impressive kites for all to enjoy. They hold the official Guinness World Record for largest kite with a giant 3D Kuwaiti flag, specially designed and made by Peter Lynn - at 42m x 25m it's the size of an Olympic swimming pool!

BCT operates a fleet of 28 accessible minibuses, run an events service and also provide training in minibus driving.
